This portal facilitates the submission, processing, and adjudication of Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) applications. All declarants are required to hold a valid ETA prior to departure. Non-compliance may result in administrative rejection and denial of entry at the port of arrival.

It is the statutory obligation of The Applicant to ensure that all entry documentation is obtained and validated prior to the commencement of travel. Failure to secure a valid Electronic Travel Authorisation may result in inadmissibility, administrative penalties, or denial of boarding.

Procedural Overview

Section 1.1: Submission

The Applicant shall initiate the declaration process by completing the prescribed submission form with all requisite biographical, travel, and identity documentation data.

Section 1.2: Adjudication

Upon receipt, the submitted declaration shall undergo administrative adjudication. Processing timelines are subject to the complexity of the application and prevailing administrative capacity.

Section 1.3: Issuance

Following successful adjudication, the Electronic Travel Authorisation credential shall be issued electronically and linked to The Applicant's travel document. No physical document is required.

Notice of Regulatory Compliance

Non-compliance with ETA requirements constitutes a regulatory infraction. Consequences may include, but are not limited to: denial of boarding, entry refusal at the port of arrival, administrative detention, and mandatory return to the point of origin at The Applicant's expense.

Eligibility Criteria

An Electronic Travel Authorisation is mandated for nationals of designated countries who intend to enter the territory for purposes including, but not limited to, tourism, business consultation, and transit. The following conditions must be satisfied:

  • §The Applicant must hold a valid passport from an eligible jurisdiction with a minimum validity of six (6) months from the date of intended arrival.
  • §The intended duration of stay must not exceed the prescribed maximum period as stipulated by the governing regulatory authority.
  • §The Applicant must not possess any prior record of immigration violations, entry denials, or deportation orders.
  • §The purpose of travel must fall within the categories expressly permitted under the ETA programme.

All personal data submitted through this portal is processed in strict accordance with applicable data protection statutes and information security frameworks. The following safeguards are maintained at all times:

Section 3.2: Data Retention & Disposal

Personal data furnished during the submission process shall be retained only for the duration necessary to discharge administrative obligations. Upon expiry of the retention period, all records shall be purged in accordance with the prescribed data disposal protocol.

The Applicant may validate the status of a pending or adjudicated declaration at any time via the designated Status Verification Portal. A valid submission reference and biographical identifiers are required.
