The Application Reference Number is dispatched to The Applicant's registered email address upon successful submission. This reference follows the format ETA-[YEAR]-[ALPHANUMERIC] and must be retained for all subsequent enquiries, status checks, modification requests, and cancellation proceedings.
If an error is identified in biographical or travel data following submission, The Applicant may submit a modification request via the Contact section prior to final adjudication. Modifications are subject to an administrative levy and eligibility requirements as outlined in the Modify Application section.
SUBMITTED — Declaration received and queued. UNDER REVIEW — Adjudication in progress. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED — Supplementary data requested. APPROVED — ETA issued. REJECTED — Declaration denied (grounds specified in notification). CANCELLED — Withdrawn at applicant request.
If payment was debited but no confirmation received, The Applicant should allow up to 30 minutes for processing. If the issue persists, contact administrative support with transaction details including date, time, amount, and the last four digits of the payment instrument used.
The Applicant is advised to inspect spam, junk, and promotional email folders. If the confirmation email cannot be located after 30 minutes, submit an administrative enquiry via the Contact section with details of the submission attempt.
The Electronic Travel Authorisation is linked to the specific passport referenced in the original declaration. If The Applicant obtains a new passport, a new ETA declaration must be submitted referencing the updated travel document.
First-time applicants are directed to review the Requirements section prior to commencing a submission. Ensure all documentation is prepared and readily accessible.

Payment declines may occur due to insufficient funds, card restrictions on international transactions, or fraud prevention measures activated by The Applicant's financial institution. Contact the card issuer to authorise the transaction, or attempt payment with an alternative instrument.
If the declaration status has not been updated within the estimated processing timeline for the selected processing track, The Applicant may submit an administrative enquiry via the Contact section. Include the Application Reference Number and a description of the concern.
