ETA Entry Online is a private, independent third-party service that helps travellers prepare and submit their UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) application. We are not the UK Government, GOV.UK, or any government agency, and we do not make ETA approval decisions — all decisions are made solely by the UK Government. Select your nationality from the dropdown list. This information is used to determine the visa requirements and applicable fees.

Select the type of visa you're applying for. The various types include different durations and entry types. Make sure to choose the one that matches your travel plans.

Please select the date you will be arriving at your destination. This date will help us determine the validity period of your visa.

Enter your first name and middle name exactly as they appear in your passport, using letters A-Z.

Enter your last name exactly as it appears in your passport, using letters A-Z. If you don't have a last name, enter "N/A."

Select your date of birth from the dropdown menus. Make sure this matches the date of birth listed in your passport.

Enter your email address. We'll use this to send you updates about your application. You won't be enrolled in any promotional messages unless you click the checkbox below.

Select the nationality as it appears on your passport. This must match the nationality on the passport you're using for this application.

Financial Provisions — Refund Policy

Refund Policy

General Provisions

The administrative fee is charged for the processing and facilitation of the ETA submission. Refund eligibility is determined by the status of the declaration at the time the refund request is received.

Refund Eligibility

  • § 2.1 A full refund may be issued if the cancellation request is received before the declaration enters the adjudication phase.
  • § 2.2 A partial refund may be issued if the declaration is in the early stages of adjudication, at the discretion of the administrative authority.
  • § 2.3 No refund shall be issued once the declaration has been fully adjudicated, regardless of the outcome (approved or rejected).
  • § 2.4 No refund shall be issued in cases where the declaration was rejected due to the provision of false, misleading, or inaccurate information by The Applicant.

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted via the Contact section with the application reference number and grounds for the request. Eligible refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment instrument.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Administrative fees for expedited or priority processing tracks are non-refundable once the accelerated processing has been initiated, regardless of adjudication outcome.
