Service Fee Overview
ETA Entry Online charges a service fee that covers the cost of application processing, platform access, customer support, and application review assistance. This fee is separate from any government fee that may apply to your Electronic Travel Authorisation. Government fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted.The exact fee structure is presented clearly during the application process before any payment is collected, ensuring complete transparency.
Refund Eligibility
We understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and reasonable. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the stage of application processing, the nature of the request, and the specific circumstances presented. We strive to resolve all refund inquiries in a manner that is equitable to both parties.
When Refunds May Be Issued

considering the timing of the request and the reason provided.
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
Cancellation within 24 hours: You may request a
refund of the service fee within 24 hours of payment
confirmation, provided your application has not been submitted to
the government.
Technical or
service-related issues: If a system error prevents successful
submission, or if we are unable to deliver the service as
described. Duplicate payments: If multiple payments were made
unintentionally for the same application. Refunds are generally
not available once the application has been submitted, as
processing and resources have already been allocated.
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] with your application reference number, payment details, and a clear description of the reason for your request. Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and provide a resolution timeline. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Requests made after 24 hours of payment confirmation
- Applications that have already been submitted to the government
- Applications declined due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the applicant
- Change of mind or travel plans after submission
- Failure to meet eligibility requirements clearly outlined before applying
- Submission of incorrect details such as travel dates, destination, or personal information
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may submit an appeal with additional supporting information. Our management team reviews all appeals and strives to reach a fair resolution. We are committed to maintaining positive relationships with our users and will make every reasonable effort to address legitimate concerns.
