An Electronic Travel Authorisation is a mandatory entry credential that must be obtained by nationals of designated eligible jurisdictions prior to arrival. The ETA is electronically linked to The Applicant's travel document and does not require a physical visa label or stamp. It serves as a pre-screening mechanism to determine admissibility prior to travel.

The validity period of an Electronic Travel Authorisation is determined by the governing regulatory authority and is specified at the time of issuance. The Applicant is advised to confirm the validity dates upon receipt of the authorisation credential. Travel beyond the expiry date of the ETA constitutes a regulatory infraction.

This portal is a private third-party administrative service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any governmental authority, consular office, or border protection agency. The administrative fees charged are separate from and in addition to any official governmental charges.

Nationals of jurisdictions designated as eligible under the ETA programme are required to obtain a valid Electronic Travel Authorisation prior to departure. The specific list of eligible jurisdictions is maintained by the governing regulatory authority and is subject to periodic revision.

The Electronic Travel Authorisation is electronically linked to the passport or travel document referenced in the submission. If The Applicant obtains a new passport, a new ETA declaration must be submitted with the updated travel document details.

The Applicant must present a valid passport or equivalent travel document from an eligible jurisdiction with a minimum remaining validity of six (6) months, a valid electronic mail address, and a valid payment instrument. Full requirements are outlined in the Requirements section.

The online submission process typically requires 15-20 minutes to complete, depending on the availability of the required documentation and data. The Applicant is advised to have all requisite documents prepared prior to commencing the submission.

The submission process must be completed in a single session. Partially completed declarations are not retained in the administrative system. The Applicant is advised to allocate sufficient time to complete the entire submission process before commencing.

In the event of administrative rejection, The Applicant shall receive notification via the registered correspondence address detailing the grounds for rejection. Depending on the nature of the rejection, The Applicant may be eligible to submit a revised declaration. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.

Amendments to biographical or travel documentation data may be requested provided the declaration has not yet entered the final adjudication phase. Modification requests are subject to an administrative levy as detailed in the Fee Schedule. The Applicant must contact administrative support via the Contact section to initiate a modification.

Modifiable fields include biographical data (name, date of birth, nationality), travel document data (passport number, expiry date, issuing authority), and intended travel date. Changes constituting a material alteration to the identity or purpose of the declaration may require a new submission.

Cancellation requests may be submitted via the Contact section of this portal. The request must include the Application Reference Number and registered email address. Cancellation is irrevocable — a new submission will be required if The Applicant subsequently wishes to obtain an ETA.

Administrative notifications are dispatched to The Applicant's registered electronic mail address at each adjudication milestone. The Applicant may also utilise the Track Status function of this portal to monitor the progress of the declaration.

The provision of false, misleading, or inaccurate information constitutes a regulatory infraction. Consequences may include administrative rejection, forfeiture of fees, inadmissibility at the port of arrival, and potential referral for further investigation by the relevant enforcement authority.

Support requests can be submitted 24/7 via email through the Contact section of this portal. Typical response time is within 24 hours. All enquiries are processed in the order of receipt. The Applicant must include their Application Reference Number in all correspondence.

If The Applicant does not receive a submission confirmation within 30 minutes, they are advised to inspect spam, junk, and promotional email folders. If the confirmation is not located, an administrative enquiry should be submitted via the Contact section with details of the submission attempt.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy of this portal. Generally, fees are non-refundable once the adjudication process has commenced. The Applicant is advised to review the full Refund Policy prior to submission.
