Declaration Withdrawal — Cancellation Request
The Applicant may request the withdrawal of a submitted Electronic Travel Authorisation declaration in accordance with the cancellation provisions set forth herein. All cancellation requests are subject to administrative review and the applicable refund policy.
Notice of Cancellation Implications
Cancellation of a submitted declaration is an irrevocable administrative action. Once processed, the declaration cannot be reinstated, reopened, or resumed. A new submission — inclusive of all applicable fees — will be required if The Applicant subsequently wishes to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorisation. The Applicant is strongly advised to consider the implications of cancellation prior to initiating a withdrawal request.

▸ Post-Cancellation Advisory
Following confirmation of cancellation, The Applicant is advised that they no longer hold a valid or pending Electronic Travel Authorisation. Travel to the destination jurisdiction without a valid ETA may result in denial of boarding, inadmissibility at the port of arrival, or administrative penalties. If The Applicant intends to travel, a new declaration must be submitted in its entirety.
