Enter your last name exactly as it appears in your passport, using letters A-Z. If you don't have a last name, enter "N/A."

Select your date of birth from the dropdown menus. Make sure this matches the date of birth listed in your passport.

Enter your email address. We'll use this to send you updates about your application. You won't be enrolled in any promotional messages unless you click the checkbox below.

Select the nationality as it appears on your passport. This must match the nationality on the passport you're using for this application.

Check this box if you want to skip entering your passport information at this moment. You'll need to provide this information later to complete your application.

By accessing or utilising this portal, The Applicant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. If The Applicant does not accept these terms, access to and use of the portal must be discontinued immediately.

Nature of Service

Mandatory Disclosure

This portal is operated by a private third-party entity. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any governmental authority or border protection agency. The administrative fees charged are separate from any official governmental charges.

Obligations of The Applicant

  • § 3.1 The Applicant shall provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in all submissions.
  • § 3.2 The Applicant is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their reference number and login credentials.
  • § 3.3 The Applicant shall not use this portal for any unlawful purpose or in contravention of applicable regulations.

Limitation of Liability

This portal facilitates the submission of ETA applications but does not guarantee the approval of any declaration. The adjudication decision rests solely with the relevant regulatory authority. This portal shall not be held liable for travel disruptions, financial losses, or other damages arising from the rejection or delay of an application.
